Fran's Chocolates: Comments and Critiques

    Johnny,

I know that you gave me that box of Fran's chocolates a while back, which makes this review less than fresh, but I tried to take notes... I had the opportunity to enjoy a set of four Fran's Chocolates that came in a little gold/yellow boxwith a bow. They were smooth, mellow, and although sweet, had that subtly bitter taste which I have enjoyed in other "gourmet" chocolates that I've tried.

Tried a milk chocolate truffle. Quite smooth. I personally prefer milk chocolates because I'm not that into the "bite" that accompanies dark chocolates.

I was at the Fran's store, and I sampled a raspberry truffle and a gianduja. Yum!!!! They were awesome. Subtle, yet rich and satisfying at the same time. Your website came in handy!! Thanks.... You can quote me for your "comments" section. :) :)
